Our infrastructure team has successfully completed the unplanned maintenance on the Ceph storage system. Stability and performance have been fully restored, and all affected services are now operating normally.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this matter.
Our monitoring has detected that the underlying Ceph storage system is nearing full capacity. To ensure continued stability and performance, we are performing unplanned maintenance.
We do not expect full downtime, but some customers may experience brief service hiccups or timeouts affecting HTTP and MySQL services while maintenance tasks (fstrim) are in progress.
Our infrastructure team are working on this as a priority to resolve this matter.
