Resolved 1 week ago · Aug 17, 2026 21:23 UTC
The issue has now been resolved and services are operating normally. Following our investigation and troubleshooting, our Infrastructure Team changed the affected IP address to restore functionality. Clients using our name servers do not need to take any action. If you are using external name servers, please ensure that the DNS records for your affected domains have been updated to the new IP address. The new IP address is available by logging in to your hosting account, and affected clients have also been contacted by email with further instructions. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable. If you are still experiencing any difficulties, or would like to confirm whether your services are affected, please contact our support team.
