Incident Updates

Following our diagnosis and troubleshooting, our Infrastructure Team has changed the IP address for some users to restore functionality as quickly as possible. For clients using our name servers, no action is required. However, for clients using external name servers, please manually update the DNS records for your affected domains. You can find the new IP address by logging in to your hosting account. We have also sent an email to affected clients with further instructions. While we are seeing services return to normal, we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure everything remains stable. If you are still experiencing any difficulties or would like to confirm whether your services are affected, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We are aware of a few customers experiencing some intermittent disruptions to their services due to higher than normal internet traffic to server s1022.use1.mysecurecloudhost.com. Hosting and website services might be briefly unavailable. Our infrastructure team are currently investigating and working on a fix as a priority.
