Update @ 16:05 UTC: The old system had a further IO issue causing performance to reduce. This has been fixed and the migration is currently running, and should complete within the next 4 - 6 hours.
The server is currently experiencing intermittent slowdowns due to high I/O wait times. This has been traced to a degraded RAID controller, which is negatively impacting disk performance and overall system responsiveness.
To resolve the issue and ensure improved stability, we are in the process of migrating all clients to a new server within our infrastructure.
The new server name is: s12770.usc1.stableserver.net. The new IP will be: 192.250.227.233. The migration will take time to complete. If you use external nameservers please update this only once you are able to login to the new system from your client area.
