To give an update to to the current issue. We are currently experiencing some latency affecting services hosted on our London server. Our system engineers have identified the cause as a global routing issue that impacted GTT networks.
We have adjusted our network routing to move traffic away from the affected provider, and performance is now improving. We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure everything remains stable.
