If you are using external DNS, please log in to your cPanel to check which IP address and input the new IP address with your DNS provider.

Following up on the diagnosis and troubleshooting by our team, we are seeing significant improvements in internet traffic and have implemented new IP addresses to mitigate the issue moving forward.

We have identified some higher than normal traffic on server s3744.bom1.stableserver.net. Due to this, customers who have hosting and website services may be experiencing intermittent issues accessing their website. Our infrastructure team are investigating are already working toward a solution.
