We identified higher than normal traffic impacting the sg1-tr103.supercp.com server, which caused intermittent networking and website accessibility issues for some customers. To restore service stability as quickly as possible, affected services were migrated to a new IP address.
Action Required:
For clients using our Name Servers: No action is required. DNS updates were handled automatically.
For clients using External Name Servers: Please manually update your DNS records. Please log in to cPanel, locate your Shared IP Address, and update your domain's A Record with this new IP.
Please allow time for DNS propagation to fully complete after the changes. Services have since been stabilized and are operating normally. If you need any assistance, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
