Earlier today, we experienced an issue affecting the Portal (Upmind), where some customers encountered WHM API connection errors when attempting to manage their hosting services.
During the incident, customers may have been unable to perform certain management actions through the Portal. The issue was limited to Portal management functionality, and there was no evidence of impact to the underlying hosting services themselves.
The issue has now been resolved, and Portal functionality has been fully restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while our team investigated and resolved the issue.
