Following up on the diagnosis and troubleshooting by our team, a fix has been implemented and we are seeing improvements in internet traffic and functionality returning to normal.
For those impacted by this update and you are using our name servers, there’s nothing you need to do. If you’re using third-party name servers or managing your own DNS, please log in to cPanel to confirm if an update to the IP is required and update your corresponding DNS A record(s) with your DNS provider accordingly.
