We recently experienced an unusual high traffic on the server s1071.use1.mysecurecloudhost.com. As part of the mitigation process, our team performed an IP split to the following:

Old: 65.181.111.168

Main IP: 192.250.231.87

Client IP: 192.250.231.114 192.250.231.121 192.250.231.141 192.250.231.148

  • For clients using our name servers: No action is required
  • For clients using external name servers: They need to manually update their records. They can find their new IP in cPanel => Shared IP Address.

The server is now stable and services connected should be functioning properly.
