We have changed the IP address for the effected server. It now operates with multiple shared IP addresses to improve performance and stability moving forward.
Important Information for Clients:
Clients using our name servers: No action is required, your services will continue to operate as usual.
Using external name servers: Please update your DNS records. Your new IP is in cPanel > Shared IP Address on the right hand side.

Our infrastructure team are investigating are already working toward a solution.
