Clients using our name servers don’t need to take any action, however if you are using an external DNS provider, please update the IP address. The new IP address can be obtained from the cPanel => General Information => Shared IP Address.
We are aware of a few customers having intermittent disruptions to services that are hosted on the s1294.sgp1.mysecurecloudhost.com server. Our infrastructure team are working on this as a priority to resolve this matter.
